Tanhai Collective’s debut release ‘Sals Groove’ showcases the bands unique UK Jazz sound they’ve been touted for in their live shows. Blending atmospheres and heavy audio effects with a tight rhythm section, the driving bass on the track propels the song forward to a new niche within UK Jazz. Featuring a Hubbard-esque solo from trumpeter Walter Feeney, the song is not just deep groove but also showcases the technical proficiency of the band.
